What it can't do
This section isn't a disclaimer. It's part of the product.
- It is not legal advice. The materials it generates are not a lawyer's advice, and it cannot tell you whether you will win your case.
- It can't make your records carry more weight than they do. Whether a record helps depends on whether it is continuous and made at the time. What the app can do is make both of those easy and verifiable. It cannot turn an entry added after the fact into one recorded at the time.
- iOS only, and it requires iOS 26.0 or later.
What it does
It reminds you when it's time to leave work. If you work overtime, it keeps the record for you.
Day to day, it's an end-of-day reminder plus an overtime log. If the day ever comes when you really need it, that log can become material you can submit.
Who it's for, and what problem it solves
In labor disputes, what people most often lack isn't the argument. It's records of their working hours.
That's because working-hour records have one particular requirement: they need to be long-term, continuous and made at the time. If you wait until the day you really need them and then go back to fill them in, what you end up with isn't convincing — and that day is when most people start looking.
This app flips the order. Day to day, it's just an end-of-day reminder, and you log an entry each day as you go. If the day ever comes when you really need it, you already have a year of continuous records.
Best if you never need it. But when you do, it's there.
Main features
End-of-day reminder
Set how long you work each day, and it reminds you to wrap up before your time is up.
- Choose how far ahead: 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 minutes
- Worked out from how long you actually work each day, not an alarm set for a fixed time
- Reminders are generated only on your device, without going online
Overtime log
Past your end time and still working? Log it with one tap.
- Totals your overtime by day, week and month automatically
- Separates types of days: workdays, rest days and public holidays — overtime on each is paid at a different multiple
- Add or edit entries later: forgot to log yesterday? You can add it today
- Every entry shows whether it was recorded at the time or added after the fact
Attendance record: turning the log into something you can submit
With one tap, the log generates an Attendance Record: each day's start and end times, hours worked, overtime, type of day and how the entry was recorded, plus totals. It goes into your evidence list and is exported with your materials package. The labor arbitration application states the period covered, days worked, total hours and overtime hours directly.
- Clocking in or out can record your location (off by default)
- Photo clock-ins burn the time, address and coordinates into the photo
- Continuity check: if records are inserted, deleted or modified, it will be detected
If you ever really need it
The records you've built up can be organized into case materials: screenshots go through OCR automatically, recordings are transcribed, everything is filed by type of evidence, and the app generates a labor arbitration petition, or a general version not addressed to any specific institution.
Privacy and data
No sign-up, no login, no account. All records are stored only on your device.
The only time it goes online is to look up an address: when you record your location, the coordinates are sent to Apple to get the address back as text. Nothing else is uploaded.
Your working-hour data shouldn't become someone else's data.
Pricing
Recognition, filing and diagnosis are all free. You pay only when you generate formal documents.
Questions
What evidence should I collect if I've been fired?
The common types are: your employment contract, records of your wage payments, attendance and working-hour records, work communications (chat logs, emails, deliverables), and the termination notice itself. Working-hour records are the ones most often missing, because they have to be long-term, continuous and made at the time. That is the type this app handles: it adds up your hours automatically every day, and every entry shows whether it was recorded at the time or added after the fact. For what to prepare in your own situation, ask a lawyer or your local labor arbitration office.
How is overtime pay calculated? What's the difference between workdays, weekends and public holidays?
Overtime on these three types of days is paid at different multiples, so the log has to keep them separate. The app marks the type of day when you record an entry and totals each type separately, so you won't be stuck trying to reconstruct it later. For the exact multiples, go by China's Labor Law and the regulations where you are.
Do entries added after the fact still count?
The app won't hide this for you — every entry shows whether it was recorded at the time or added after the fact. Entries recorded at the time and entries added later carry different weight as evidence. Marking the difference is the honest approach, and it keeps one unclear entry from calling the whole file into question.
Will my working-hour data be uploaded?
No sign-up, no login, no account. All records are stored only on your device. The only network use is address lookup: when you record your location, the coordinates are sent to Apple to get the address back as text. Beyond that, no data is uploaded. Your working-hour data shouldn't become someone else's data.
Can I tell if someone has altered the records?
The attendance record includes a continuity check: if records are inserted, deleted or modified, it will be detected.
Which features cost money?
Recognition, filing and diagnosis are all free. You pay only when you generate formal documents.
