  • The AI won't make up experience for you. Every resume polished with U-JOB is based on your real experience. Our job is to tell it well, not to make it bigger. If what you want is an "optimized" work history, you won't get it here.
  • The web version doesn't have every feature. On ujob.online you can only browse job listings and expert profiles. AI matching, booking and starting classes are all in the app.
  • The platform doesn't promise results from expert services. Experts are third parties and set their own prices. What we do is label the information clearly. We don't guarantee a job offer.
  • iOS only. Chinese only.

What it does

U-JOB (优程) is a campus recruiting and job-search platform. It puts resume tools, real campus-recruitment jobs and one-on-one coaching from real human experts in one place.

You don't have to figure out your first job search alone. It's okay to take your time.

Who it's for, and what problem it solves

The hardest part of looking for your first job isn't getting applications out. It's not knowing whether you're applying the right way. Nobody looks over your resume and shows you how it should be written. You can't tell which job requirements are real cut-offs and which are just for show. And after an interview, you don't know which of your answers went wrong.

Students studying abroad and returnees have one more layer. Can they sponsor a visa? Is the role only for new graduates, or are earlier graduates accepted too? Has the interviewer mentored overseas students before? This is the information that decides things, and job postings usually don't mention it at all.
